OBD Assessment Model Process
 


The OBD Triage Assessment Model Process involves the prescreening of medical documentation, academic reports, cognitive testing, Child Welfare records and direct interviews with children, youth, adults, families and care providers. The gathering of this information is intended to be conducted within the community setting.

The instrument is available for assessment of all age groups:

  • OBD Triage Assessment Model (0 - 24 months)

  • OBD Triage Assessment Model (25 months - 5 years)

  • OBD Triage Assessment Model (6 years - 11 years)

  • OBD Triage Assessment Model (12 years - 18< years)

 

 

  Our model is administered by a Certified Examiner to provide assessments as requested by:
 
  • Hospitals and Clinics that provide Medical Evaluation and Diagnosis

  • Child Welfare Agencies

  • Academic / Educational Boards

  • Vocational Programs

  • Court Assessments (Family, Youth and Adult Court Divisions)

  • Residential Placement Settings
